Shop FAQ
1. Where do you ship?
I currently ship within Europe only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. In case you live outside Europe, please contact me and we’ll find a solution.
2. Do you offer local pickup?Yes! If you're in Prague (CZ), you can choose free personal pickup at check-out. Once you place your order, I’ll get in touch to arrange a convenient time and place.
3. I can’t access shipping to my country on the website. What should I do?
No problem. If your shipping location isn’t available at checkout, you can place your order by email. Just send me a list of the items you’d like, and I’ll get back to you with shipping options and costs.
4. What payment methods do you accept? Available through the shop, I accept only payment by card and Paypal.
For customers in the Czech Republic, I also offer payment in Czech crowns (CZK) via bank transfer or QR code. This option is not available directly through the website so please contact me by email to arrange it.
5. How are the artworks packaged? Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are usually sent flat or in sturdy tubes, depending on the format, and all materials are chosen to protect the work during shipping.
6. How long does shipping take? As this is a one-person shop, I ship orders once a week. Delivery times vary depending on your country but typically take 3–10 business days within Europe.
If you need your order urgently, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges? As most pieces are handcrafted and unique, I don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If that happens, please contact me as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll find a solution together.
