Shop FAQ
1. Where do you ship to? I currently ship within Europe only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. If you live outside Europe or cannot place an order to your country, please contact me and we’ll find a solution together.
2. Do you offer local pickup? Yes! If you're in Prague (CZ), you can choose free personal pickup. Once you place your order, I’ll get in touch to arrange a convenient time and place. Payment on pickup is not possible, so the order must be arranged and paid in advance via the shop or email.
3. I can’t access shipping to my country on the website. What should I do? No problem. If your shipping location isn’t available at checkout, you can place your order by email. Just send me a list of the items you’d like, and I’ll get back to you with shipping options and costs.
4. What payment methods do you accept? In the online store, you can pay by credit/debit card or via PayPal in euros (EUR). If your bank uses a different currency, the conversion is based on your bank or card issuer’s rate. Prices shown in Czech crowns (CZK) for individual products are for reference only.
For customers in the Czech Republic, I also offer bank transfer in CZK (or via QR code). This option isn’t available directly through the website, so please contact me by email to arrange it.
5. How are the artworks packaged? Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are usually sent flat or in sturdy tubes, depending on the format, and all materials are chosen to protect the work during shipping.
6. How long does shipping take? As a one-person shop, I usually ship orders once a week. Delivery times within Europe typically take 3–5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, please contact me so we can track it or find a solution.
If you need your order urgently, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges? As most pieces are handcrafted and unique, I don’t offer returns. Refunds or exchanges are possible only for damaged or incorrectly delivered items, and you must contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll then find a solution together.
